Designed for water jogging and stationary swimming with cord attachments at the sides instead of rear.

To adjust the belt to meet your needs, ensure there is enough slack in the belt. You don't want the belt to be too tight. Slide the rear ring to adjust for comfort.

For optimal comfort, the belt should rest on the front of your hip bones with roughly 2 inches of slack between the small of your back and the adjustable slider.
